Hello! We will meet near 890 S Ocean Way in Deerfield Beach ( By the Embassy Suites Hotel) for a gentle yoga practice led by Amy Kenny and some Yoga4MSD Alumni. The yoga will be followed by a relaxing Sound Bath listening to the bowls sing with the waves in the background.
